Hey! I’m excited that you are interested in Shift!

What is Shift?

Shift is the culmination of my own personal development work as well as what I’ve learned through coaching and helping others change.

Over my years of coaching I’ve noticed that THE thing that is common to any change is how we think. The way we think impacts all aspects of our lives: how we feel and what choices we make. Shift is my guide to changing your thinking - to working with your thoughts and emotions in a way that will bring about a different mindset. This is the work that will help you create the life you want to live!

How does it work?

Each week you’ll get new content and exercises. I am a big believer in taking time to go through the material so that it sinks in - and that is why there’s one video and exercise per week.

We’ll discuss what you find on the weekly group call and on the platform. Working with these ideas in real time through discussion and connection with others is a key part of the process!

What does it cost?

Shift with group coaching is $1,295.

The cost of the one-on-one add-on is $750.

When does it start?

The program starts with the first bit of content dropping on Friday, February 21st! Content will drop on every Friday and calls will happen every Thursday.

How Long is the Program?

Shift runs for 12 weeks - and each week includes lessons and exercises as well as a group coaching call.

When are the calls?

The first call is scheduled for Thursday February 27th at 7pm ET. I will be posting a survey after the program starts to determine the best time for all us of to meet. Calls will be recorded and replays will be available.

Who is Shift for?

Shift is for anyone who wants to change their thinking:

  • People who are working on change:

    • Quitting alcohol

    • Losing Weight

    • Changing Relationships

    • Navigating work or employer issues

    • Coping with a health issue

  • People who know that there’s more joy and happiness out there for them but can’t seem to find it

  • People who want to learn how to change their thinking to have much more control over how they feel

    • Building up the courage to try something new

    • Gaining confidence

Basically, Shift is for anyone who is ready to learn more about using their thoughts and stories to live a better life.

What are the end results?

At the end of Shift you will have changed stories and learned how to actively work with your thinking. This will result in you being able to create more joy and peace in your life, and to handle difficult emotions or situations with significantly less hassle. Learning this gets you un-stuck and able to make the change you want in your life!

Where is the program hosted?

The content will be on my platform, and we’ll have a discussion group on there as well. Calls will happen on Zoom!

What sort of coaching is included?

Weekly group coaching calls are included with the program. Each week we’ll meet as a group to discuss our progress on that cycle’s work.

If you want to take your experience to the next level, there is an opportunity to upgrade to the one-on-one package, where you’ll get the weekly group coaching calls plus three one-on-one calls with me during the process!
